1. Digital Product Access

Our worksheet bundles are digital products. After successful payment, access is provided electronically (download link, email, or account access), usually instantly.

2. Account and Purchase Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate details (name, email, and payment information) during checkout. WondiGo is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect customer-provided data.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in INR unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update pricing, offers, and coupons without prior notice. Payment must be completed before product access is granted.

4. Refund and Cancellation

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Since products are digital, most completed purchases are non-refundable once access is delivered.

5. License and Permitted Use

Your purchase grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and print the worksheets for personal or classroom use.

• Allowed: personal/home usage, parent-led learning, classroom activity by purchaser.
• Not allowed: resale, redistribution, sublicensing, public reposting, or commercial re-packaging of files.

All designs, worksheets, branding, layout, and website content are owned by WondiGo (or licensed to WondiGo) and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the website and downloads available at all times, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Temporary downtime may occur for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WondiGo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use, delays, interruptions, or inability to access/download digital products.

9. Changes to Terms
