1. Nature of Product

All worksheet bundles sold on WondiGo are digital products. Access is typically provided instantly after successful payment through download links or account/email delivery.

2. No Refund on Downloaded/Delivered Digital Products

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital files, all completed purchases are generally final and non-refundable once access has been granted, files have been delivered, or download links have been issued.

3. Exceptions (Case-by-Case Support)

A refund may be considered only in limited scenarios such as:

• Duplicate payment for the same order.
• Payment captured but product not delivered due to verified technical failure.
• Any billing error caused directly by our system.

4. Resolution Priority

Before processing refunds, our support team will first attempt quick resolution by restoring access, resending links, or correcting account/order issues.

5. Refund Request Window

Eligible refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with transaction details (name, email, payment ID, and issue description).

6. Processing Timeline
