Thank you for shopping with WondiGo. This policy explains how product delivery works for all purchases made on our website.

1. Digital Products Only

WondiGo sells only digital worksheet bundles. No physical item is shipped. Therefore, no courier, pickup, or postal delivery is involved.

2. Delivery Method

After successful payment, access is provided electronically through one or more of the following:

• Order confirmation email containing product access/download details.
• Secure on-screen download or redirect link after checkout.
• Support-assisted resend, if needed.

3. Delivery Timeline

In most cases, digital delivery is instant. If there is temporary delay due to payment verification, traffic, or technical issues, delivery may take up to 24 hours.

4. If You Don’t Receive Access

If files are not received shortly after payment:

• Check your Spam/Junk/Promotions folder.
• Confirm the email entered at checkout is correct.
• Contact support with your payment/order details for quick resolution.

5. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for entering correct contact details and ensuring your device/software supports standard PDF file access. WondiGo is not liable for issues caused by incorrect email entry or unsupported local device settings.
